By accessing or using SalarySync's payroll management platform and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. SalarySync B.V. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Service Description
What SalarySync provides
SalarySync provides cloud-based payroll management software designed for Dutch businesses. Our Service includes:
- Automated payroll calculations and processing
- Employee self-service portals
- Tax compliance and reporting
- Integration with Dutch banking systems
- HR management tools and analytics
- Customer support and training
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.
User Accounts and Registration
Account requirements and responsibilities
Account Creation
To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
Account Security

Payment Terms and Billing

Subscription Plans
Our Service is offered through various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated from time to time.
Billing and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment is due immediately upon invoice
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
- Late payments may result in service suspension
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
